Because By Beth products are ingestible food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, opened or unopened. This protects the safety of our community.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We guarantee results. Take By Beth daily as directed (a minimum of 1 teaspoon, 2g, a day) for 8 weeks, and if you don't see results, we offer a full refund.
