A peek inside
Simple food. Real reasons.
Three of the 30, straight from the guide.
Chia seeds
Around 8 g of fibre in 2 tablespoons, plus plant omega-3 and a little protein.
Beth's tip: Soak them first and drink plenty of water. Your gut will thank you.
Sardines
Protein, omega-3 fats, vitamin D, and calcium from the tiny soft bones you eat with them.
Beth's tip: Buy them in olive oil. Cheap, shelf-stable and seriously good for you.
Red capsicum
One of the richest food sources of vitamin C, gram for gram more than an orange. Your body needs vitamin C to make collagen.
Beth's tip: Pair vitamin C foods with your protein for a collagen-friendly plate.
Why I made this
You're not broken. You might just be depleted.
I'm in my mid-40s, a mum of four, and I've spent years cutting through wellness noise for myself. What I keep coming back to isn't a complicated protocol. It's real food, eaten consistently.
Every day you ask me what I actually eat. This list is my honest answer, in one place, so you can stop screenshotting and start.

No. It's general education about everyday foods. Always check with your GP or an accredited practising dietitian about your own health, especially if you're pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication.
