To make a return or exchange for a product purchased from bybeth.com, please notify us of your intention to return by using the contact form to ensure it is processed in a timely manner. Please make sure you send your unopened product(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order together with a copy of your order confirmation. Please note return shipping is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost. Customs duties, taxes and fees are non-refundable through ByBeth. You may, however, be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Items permissible for return or exchange.
As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of opened products.
Our 8 Week Commitment: Money Back Guarantee
Customers who are not satisfied with By Beth products after 8 weeks of recommended use are able to apply for a refund, given that:
- They are new customers only, who have purchased By Beth for the first time. The Money Back Guarantee offer cannot be redeemed by any return customers.
- The By Beth product has been purchased on the https://bybeth.com/
website. The Money Back Guarantee offer does not apply to any product that has been purchased from a third party or stockist.
- The product was purchased in the customer’s name (i.e. was not received as a gift).
- The customer purchased a By Beth 300g vessel (in any flavour) or a By Beth 300g refill pouch (in any flavour). Sachet Sets are excluded from this offer.
- In transactions where multiple products were purchased, the refund will only be processed for one product.
- The customer has taken By Beth in the intended way and followed the recommended dosage: adding 1 teaspoon of collagen to 250ml of their preferred liquid of choice, 3-4 times per day.
- The customer has purchased the product after May 11, 2022.
- The customer has used the product for a minimum of 8 weeks.
Returning products purchased at a location other than www.bybeth.com
We are only able to accept returns or exchanges for products purchased directly from www.bybeth.com
If you purchased your By Beth products from a department store, specialty retailer, other online store or elsewhere, please contact the original company of purchase.
Changing or cancelling an order.
Please take the time to ensure your order is correct prior to placing as we are limited in our ability to make changes to orders once processed. We would, however, like to assist you wherever possible. Our customer service team will strive to accommodate any changes, however please be aware this is not always possible. Please send our team an email to notify of requesting changes as quickly as possible. We will aim to respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Damaged or inaccurate orders.
If an item arrives damaged or is inaccurate, please email our customer service department with 7 days of receipt so we can make amendments as quickly as possible.
Processing the refund.
Refunds will be processed once the return has been received and processed at the respective warehouse. Refunds are processed back to the method of payment used when placing your original order (either Credit Card, PayPal or Afterpay). Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email.
