Our Two Promises
You've tried supplements that didn't deliver. We'd rather take that risk than ask you to.
1. The Coffee Taste Promise
Stir one teaspoon of The Original Tasteless collagen into your coffee. If you can taste it, we'll refund you in full.
2. The 8-Week Results Promise
Take By Beth every day for 8 weeks. If you don't love your results, we'll refund you in full, and you keep the product.
How to claim
Email customerservice@bybeth.com with your order number and which promise you're claiming. We reply within one business day, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
The fine print
- The Coffee Taste Promise covers The Original Tasteless collagen only, taken as directed: one teaspoon in coffee. Claim within 14 days of delivery.
- The 8-Week Results Promise covers everything By Beth sells. Claim between week 8 and week 10 after delivery, so you've given it the full 8 weeks.
- One claim per customer, and one refund per order.
- You keep the product. There's nothing to send back.
- These promises are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
